स्कूल के बारे में

काशी की धरती पर स्वर्गीय महात्मा प्रसाद चौरसिया जी ने अपने कुछ सहयोगियों के साथ कुशल प्रयास करके वाराणसी जिले के खोजवॉ बाजार स्थित गांधी चौक के समीप रामलीला मैदान में सटे हुए रामलीला समिति एवं क्षेत्र की जनता के सहयोग से सन 1969 ईसवी वसंत पंचमी तिथि को विद्यालय की शुरुआत टिन सेट के कमरे से कुछ छात्रों को लेकर शिक्षा दान का कार्य पठन-पाठन प्रारंभ किया गया, इसी बीच एक अस्थाई "बाल शिक्षा विकास समिति" का गठन किया गया और विद्यालय का नाम समिति द्वारा "श्री खोजवॉ राष्ट्रीय (उच्चतर माध्यमिक) विद्यालय खोजवॉ बाजार वाराणसी" रखा गया| विद्यालय को सुचारू रूप से नियमित संचालित करने के लिए एक प्रबंध समिति का गठन किया गया जिसमें प्रबंधक श्री अमृतलाल गुप्ता अध्यक्ष डॉ शीतल प्रसाद एवं अन्य पदाधिकारियों का चयन किया गया| पठन-पाठन का काम सुचारू रूप से संचालित करने के लिए संस्थापक प्रधानाचार्य के पद पर स्वर्गीय श्री महात्मा प्रसाद चौरसिया एवं योग्य शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की गई प्रधानाचार्य स्वर्गीय श्री महात्मा प्रसाद चौरसिया के कुशल नेतृत्व में विद्यालय की लोकप्रियता बढ़ती गई और सभी के सफल प्रयास से जूनियर हाई स्कूल की स्थाई मान्यता मिली और सन 1978 ईस्वी से कक्षा 9 की भी कक्षाएं प्रारंभ की गई| कुछ वर्षों के पश्चात विद्यालय को पूर्णरूपेण उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय के नाम से पहचान मिली| प्रबंधन समिति एवं तत्कालिक प्रधानाचार्य के अथक प्रयास से विद्यालय को 1 अप्रैल 1984 ईस्वी को स्थाई मान्यता प्राप्त हुई| आयोग द्वारा सन 1988 ईस्वी में एक नए प्रधानाचार्य श्री राजेंद्र प्रसाद गुप्ता की नियुक्ति की गई वर्तमान में विद्यालय सभी संसाधनों से युक्त प्रगति के पथ पर निरंतर अग्रसर है| वर्तमान में कार्यरत प्रबंधक श्री सत्य प्रकाश सिंह, अध्यक्ष श्री राम प्रताप सिंह एवं कार्यवाहक प्रधानाचार्य श्री सुशील कुमार सिंह की देखरेख द्वारा विद्यालय को सर्वोच्च शिखर पर पहुंचाने का सार्थक प्रयास जारी है|

Love and Logic may seem like two contrasting forces. While love helps nurture trusting relationships, where students feel respected, appreciated and loved by the teachers, logic helps develop in student’s personal responsibility, self-control, good decision-making skills self-confidence, and character building with high moral values. Your child’s learning involves and revolves around an effective partnership between home & school. We know the stronger the partnership is the more your child will benefit.
